Hello, I’m Nilesh Kamble a Creative Head and multidisciplinary designer with over 14+ years of experience helping businesses build distinctive brands, meaningful customer experiences, and impactful visual communication.

My design journey began with a passion for art and visual storytelling. I was fortunate to be selected for admission to the Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Arts, Mumbai, one of India’s most prestigious art institutions. However, due to personal circumstances, I chose to pursue my education at the Government School of Art & Design, Aurangabad, where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts (Applied Arts). Combined with a degree in Mass Communication & Journalism, this foundation has shaped my approach to creating design solutions that are both visually compelling and commercially effective.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading organizations, including Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finserv, Asian Paints, Tata Group, Axis Bank, Forbes Marshall, Bhikharam Chandmal, GMR, Apeejay Group, and many others. My expertise spans brand identity, branding, packaging design, website design, corporate communication, publications, annual reports, and digital experiences across a wide range of industries.

I believe that great design is more than aesthetics; it’s about solving business challenges through creativity, clarity, and purpose. Every project begins with understanding the brand, its audience, and its goals to create meaningful experiences that build trust and lasting value.

Beyond client work, I’m passionate about contributing to the design community and was honored to serve as a Jury Member for India’s Best Design Student Awards (IBDSA) 2024, supporting and recognizing emerging design talent.
